Free tax preparation for residents with household incomes less than $52,000 for 2009. Services include free 2009 Federal and State tax preparation by IRS-certified tax preparers For students and parents – free help completing the Federal Application for Student Financial Aid. Open a checking or savings account. Free HUD-approved, non-profit credit counselors to explain your options with mortgage, credit, and debt problems.
