Mind, Body, Spirit: Pathways to Improving Health
Join us for this three-part educational series as we explore the ways we look to the future and its Pathways to Improve Health. As we age, our emotional, spiritual and physical capacities form an important pathway to live life to its fullest. We learn that the mind, body and spirit interact in ways that can help us cope with limitations, give us new opportunities for growth, and influence how we understand the aging process. From concrete issues such as hoarding to our self-reflective capacity as professionals, all of us bring our full selves to the issues of aging. A professional education opportunity, CEUs available.
