Program Overview
We all want to live in our own homes as we age. However, illness, injury, or chronic health conditions create significant challenges. IOA’s Ruth Ann Rosenberg Adult Day Health Center provides many of the services adults need to remain living at home. Our day program offers a fun, engaging, and social atmosphere, together with convenient on-site healthcare, support services, and transportation to and from your home. We also have specialized training and services to compassionately serve adults with frail physical health, mental health needs, and memory loss. Our care is consistently high, and backed by a solid reputation of more than 30 years providing adult day health care.

- On-site healthcare and medication monitoring, including nursing, podiatry, nutritional counseling, physical/occupational/speech therapies, and social work services

- Flexible schedules offering attendance from two to five days per week
- Door-to-door transportation to and from the facility
Eligibility and Fees
Ruth Ann Rosenberg Adult Day Health Center is open to adults with frail physical health or mental health needs, and can serve as an option to nursing home placement. Medi-Cal, Veteran’s Administration benefits, or selected long-term care insurance policies cover the fee for eligible clients. Private pay based on a sliding scale is also accepted.
