Compassion In Action: When East Meets West A Free Professional Healthcare Forum

The Chinese population of San Francisco is the city’s largest ethnic group, making up 21.4% of the city’s populace. Institute on Aging is pleased to collaborate with the Chinese American Coalition for Compassionate Care (CACCC), AARP, and AARP California to present this important healthcare forum, featuring a panel of experts who will share challenges and resources to help healthcare professionals meet the needs of family caregivers in their community.

Presenters will include:

  • Keynote speaker¬†Lily Liu, AARP Historian Emerita and AARP Multicultural Family Caregiver Spokesperson
  • Anne Kinderman, MD, Director, Supportive & Palliative Care Services, Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital.
