Supporting Professional Caregivers in Managing Loss

As a Professional Caregiver, you experience loss and also witness and support others in their experience of loss. And in this time of COVID-19, these losses may have increased in frequency and intensity. We recognize you are holding a lot right now.
In this free, live, online session for professional caregivers, Zen Caregiving Project will present mindful approaches and practices to support you in acknowledging and processing feelings of anxiety, fear, doubt, and grief that arise from loss. This interactive session will include mindfulness activities and time for sharing questions and comments in a Q&A
No previous mindfulness experience necessary!
Who is the course for?
The course is open to anyone who provides care as their occupation, including Nurses, Social Workers, Physicians, Therapists, and Direct Care Workers. CE credits are available.
When?
Wednesday, April 22 at 12:30 pm – 1:15 pm (Pacific Time/SF)
Where?
The session will be conducted through Zoom. Log-in information will be sent to participants by email once registered.
