Using Mindfulness to Manage Difficult Emotions

We are all experiencing loss with the onset of COVID-19. Whether it is the loss of usual routines, the loss of seeing family or the loss of a loved one, they all bring out strong emotions.In this free, live, online session, Zen Caregiving Project will present mindful approaches and practices to support you in acknowledging and processing feelings of anxiety, fear, doubt, and grief.No previous mindfulness experience necessary – open to all!

Friday, April 24 from 5:00 pm – 5:45 pm (Pacific Time/SF)
