Jennifer Kluska joined IOA in March 2023 as Chief Operating Officer. Jennifer has been a Bay Area Healthcare Executive for more than fifteen years and is passionate about building and scaling innovative care systems to enhance communities and improve quality of life for all. Jennifer’s career has been focused on being a strategic growth leader and helping teams, divisions, and large-scale service lines achieve operational excellence. She previously held operational leadership roles at Sutter Health, Stanford Medicine, and MarinHealth. In 2020, Jennifer joined a consulting firm that was dedicated to pandemic relief efforts. She specialized in safely re-opening healthcare services for multiple health care organizations.
