Nadine Greiner, Ph.D.

Nadine Greiner, Ph.D. is the Chief People Officer at IOA, charged with leading the talent strategy to ensure growth.

Prior to joining IOA, Nadine served as Vice President Human Resources at Sutter Health, Brown and Toland, Uplift Family Services, and Bank of America.  She also ran a consulting practice, serving the brightest stars in technology, and being the CEO of dementia care facility.

As a global leader in the field of human resources and organization effectiveness, Nadine writes and speaks on the topics of human resources best practices, executive advice, and individual and organizational stress.  She has written two books and many articles.

Nadine Greiner holds a dual Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and Organization Development.
