A natural response to loss is the feeling of grief. In this challenging time, most of us are experiencing some degree of grief. In this session, we will share with you how mindfulness can be used to help us explore and process our experience of grief, allowing us to accept more and suffer less. Following introductory teachings from the instructor, the interactive session will include practical mindfulness and compassion exercises to use in your daily life to support you in your experience of grief and to help build your emotional resilience. There will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the session.
