MAKE REFERRALS TO INSTITUTE ON AGING

“Social isolation is a risk factor; connection a protective factor.”
- Dr. Patrick Arbore, Institute on Aging

“I have a client who can no longer manage on her own.”

Anyone may contact Institute on Aging for help, but most of the people who need us cannot easily do so on their own, usually because of dementia, frailty or disability. Family (often there is none) may not know where to begin. For these reasons most Institute on Aging clients come to us through referrals from social workers, discharge planners, physicians and other professionals. If you meet vulnerable individuals through your work, or if you have a friend who may need help but has no family, please call Institute on Aging CONNECT today. You could change a life.
